Polish your cooking skills. We give cooking classes for around 10 people a class to food enthusiasts who want to learn some more tricks of the trade.
Some of the classes we teach are:
Long Thai 1 & 2
An all day class where we explore the basics of Thai cooking, how to balance flavors, salty, sour, sweet, hot. In the two classes we make different recipes.
Pasta Making
A half a day class (usually in the weekend) where we learn to make different types of fresh pasta and accompanying sauces, like goat cheese raviolis with orange zest sauce and black pepper fettuccine with Bolognese meat sauce.
Savory Soups
A half a day class where we make soups from start to finish, making stocks, cutting techniques, combining the flavors and garnishing the result.
Upscale Thanksgiving
A half a day class where we take the traditional thanksgiving menu and give it a twist. Some of the recipes we make are Duck Legs with Star Anise and Dried Fruits, Butternut Squash Bisque with Orange and Ginger and Pumpkin Crème Brulee.
